Axiom Advisors has strengthened its Asset Management team and appointed Tommi Hausen as Technical Asset Manager. Tommi will work with Selena Kiinteistöt portfolio, where he will be responsible for developing the technical operations of the properties, managing the service network, and coordinating investment and development projects.
Tommi has worked in the real estate sector since 2010. Before joining Axiom Advisors, he worked as a Property Manager at companies including Antilooppi and Newsec. In these positions, he was responsible for the maintenance of large property portfolios, long-term planning, budgeting, and managing service providers. He has also gained experience in developing client team operations, project management, and improving energy efficiency, sustainability and safety of properties.
