Tero has been working in the real estate sector since 2001.

Prior to his current role, Tero worked at JLL Finland as CEO, COO, Head of Valuation Strategic Consulting and Head of Research. He has also worked as Senior Research Scientist at Helsinki University of Technology (Aalto University) and as Visiting Scholar at Arizona State University.

Tero has Doctor of Science, Licentiate of Science and Master of Science degrees in construction and real estate economics from Helsinki University of Technology. He is also the authorized property valuer (AKA, KHK) and MRICS.

Joona has been working in the real estate sector since 2002.

Prior to his current role, Joona worked at Sponda Ltd as Senior Vice President (Office Properties), Regional Manager and Account Manager. He has also worked as Analyst at CapMan Real Estate Ltd and as a Commercial Consultant at Realprojekti Ltd.

Joona has a Master of Science degree in real estate economics from Helsinki University of Technology.

Petteri has been working in the real estate sector since 2000.

Prior to his current role, Petteri worked at Sponda Ltd as Project Leasing Director, Regional Manager, Account Manager, Marketing Manager and Property Manager.

Petteri has a Master of Science degree in construction economics from Helsinki University of Technology.

Pasi has been working in the real estate sector since 2004.

Pasi’s prior experience includes positions of Account Manager at Sponda Ltd, Account Director at HGR Property Partners Ltd and Senior Director at JLL Finland. Pasi’s areas of expertise are the commercial management of real estate development projects and challenging lease negotiations.

Pasi has a Master of Social Sciences degree from Tampere University and an LKV (licensed real estate agent) degree.

Kai has been working in the real estate sector since 2007.

Prior to joining the current team, Kai worked as Account Director at HGR Property Partners Ltd and Associate Director at JLL Finland. He has also worked as Account Manager and Leasing Manager at Sponda Ltd and Analyst at Ernst Young Ltd.

Kai holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Helsinki School of Economics.

Jasse has been working in the real estate sector since 2008.

Jasse’s earlier experience includes the role of Asset Manager at Sponda Ltd and Cromwell Property Group, and he has extensive knowledge of properties and leasing in the Helsinki region.

Jasse holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.

Matti has been working in the real estate sector since 2003.

Prior to his current role, Matti worked more than 20 years at Kiinteistötaito Peltola & Co Oy as Real Estate Valuer and Managing Director.

Matti has a Master of Science degree in real estate economics from Helsinki University of Technology.

Markus has been working in the real estate industry since 2004.

Previously, Markus has worked as an Asset Manager at CapMan Real Estate Oy, as well as an Asset Manager and Leasing Manager at Sponda Oyj.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Laurea University of Applied Sciences, with a specialization in Facility and Real Estate Management.

Emilia has been working in real estate sector since 2014.

Previously, Emilia has worked as a Property Development Coordinator and Project Coordinator at Newsec Advisory Finland Oy, and as a Property Assistant at Newsec Property Asset Management Finland Oy.

Emilia has deepened her knowledge of the real estate sector through Kiinko’s Real Estate Secretary training program.

Tapio has been working in the real estate sector since 2007.

He has worked as an advisor in many real estate and commercial property transactions and as a specialist in challenging tenant consultation projects. He was in charge of If PC Insurance Ltd Company’s premises and investment properties for several years. Tapio has a solid background in technical construction and supervisory roles especially in the field of building services.

He holds a Bachelor of Building Services Engineering degree and an LKV (licensed real estate agent) degree.

Sinan has been working in the real estate sector since 2017.

Prior to joining the current team, Sinan worked at NCC, focusing on leasing new office development projects. He has also served as Director at JLL, specializing in project leasing and brokerage.

Sinan has extensive experience in challenging lease negotiations and possesses in-depth knowledge of the Helsinki region’s office market.

Sinan holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Vaasa.

Mari has been working in the real estate sector since 2018.

She previously worked as Leasing Manager at Newsec Ltd and in lease contract management tasks at Sponda Ltd.

Mari holds a Bachelor of Tourism and Travel Services Management degree from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.

Caius has been working in the real estate sector since 2016.

Caius’ work experience includes private equity investment tasks, and he is a qualified airline pilot.

Caius holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from Hanken School of Economics.

Tia has been working in the real estate sector since 2018.

Prior to his current role, Tia worked at Mileway and Nrep as Junior Asset Manager.

Tia has a Master of Science degree in real estate economics from Aalto University.

Riku has been working in the real estate sector since 2022.

Prior to joining Axiom Advisors, Riku worked as Property Analyst at Citycon.

Riku holds a Master of Science degree in Finance from University of Vaasa.
