Axiom Advisors continues to strengthen its leasing team and has appointed John M. Saxberg to lead the leasing and strategic development of logistics real estate in the role of Head of Logistics. John specializes in demanding logistics and industrial leasing and development projects, with a comprehensive perspective covering the entire life cycle of a property.
John’s background in the logistics sector at Nurminen Logistics Oy has given him an exceptional understanding of the operational needs of logistics operators. Following this, he has gained nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including roles at JLL and Fennia, a Finnish insurance company. This experience brings a strong brokerage, investor, and owner perspective. His holistic expertise enables clients to achieve more efficient solutions, better location choices, and long-term value creation.
