Axiom Advisors Oy is strengthening its strategic advisory offering by expanding into tenant advisory services. The new service supports occupiers nationwide throughout the entire real estate lifecycle – from strategic planning and space search to lease negotiations and occupancy.
The tenant advisory practice is led by Tapio Karaus. Tapio brings extensive experience in advising occupiers and managing complex real estate projects, with a long-standing career in various expert and leadership roles within the real estate sector.
