Axiom Advisors continues to strengthen its leasing team and has appointed Janika Tikkakoski as Senior Advisor, effective 17 August 2026.
Janika holds two master’s degrees from Aalto University: a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration and a Master of Science in Real Estate Economics. She has also completed the CEMS Master in International Management (MIM) programme, with a focus on international management.
Janika joins Axiom from Sponda, where she worked as an Asset Manager and Leasing Manager, specialising in commercial leasing in Helsinki’s central business district. Through her experience, Janika has developed a strong understanding of the commercial property market, the needs of both tenants and property owners, and the factors that influence companies’ real estate decisions.
