Axiom Advisors is honoured to partner with Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company in the leasing of The Node, which will become Finland’s tallest office building upon completion in Central Pasila. Scheduled for completion in spring 2028, The Node will offer approximately 19,000 m² of available office space, with several leasing negotiations set to begin in autumn 2024.

The Node Launches High-Rise Development in Central Pasila
The Node will rise to 130 meters, delivering over 3,000 office workstations to this highly sought-after location. The 32-story, 43,000 m² tower will provide modern, high-quality workspaces in the heart of Pasila.

However, many older office buildings no longer meet the expectations of businesses interested in Pasila. The Node will offer wide views over central Helsinki, reaching all the way to the sea. Designed by JKMM Arkkitehdit, the building will have layered green terraces that create a striking and recognizable shape. The project is aiming for a BREEAM Excellent rating.
