Axiom Advisors Oy is expanding its advisory services by introducing property valuation services alongside its strategic consulting. The new service is designed for property investors, financiers, and owner-occupiers. It covers both completed properties and development sites throughout Finland. Valuations are customized to each client’s requirements and can be prepared in accordance with AKA, KHK, or RICS standards.
“Based on discussions with clients, there is a clear gap in the market for an agile, broad-based valuation provider grounded in real experience and expertise. Our aim is to grow this service step by step, leveraging technology in smart ways. A core principle for us is that all work is done in-house — we don’t outsource tasks outside of Finland, for example,” says Tero Lehtonen, CEO of Axiom Advisors.
