Axiom Advisors continues to strengthen its leasing team and has appointed Janika Tikkakoski as Senior Advisor, effective 17 August 2026.<\/p>\n\n

Janika holds two master\u2019s degrees from Aalto University: a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration and a Master of Science in Real Estate Economics. She has also completed the CEMS Master in International Management (MIM) programme, with a focus on international management. <\/p>\n\n

Janika joins Axiom from Sponda, where she worked as an Asset Manager and Leasing Manager, specialising in commercial leasing in Helsinki\u2019s central business district. Through her experience, Janika has developed a strong understanding of the commercial property market, the needs of both tenants and property owners, and the factors that influence companies\u2019 real estate decisions. <\/p>\n\n
