The unit will be led by Antti Sepp\u00e4l\u00e4 who will start in the role and as a Partner of Axiom Advisors on 17 August 2026. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Capital Markets unit focuses on real estate transactions and debt advisory. The unit serves institutional real estate investors in the acquisition and disposal of properties and portfolios as well as in arranging financing and debt structuring. The new business complements Axiom\u2019s existing service offering and strengthens the company\u2019s position as a full-service advisor to real estate investors. Axiom Advisors operates also as the Finnish associate of the international real estate advisor Savills which brings access to a global network of investors and capital.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antti holds a Master of Science (Economics) degree majoring in Finance and a Master of Science (Technology) degree in Real Estate Economics. Both degrees are from the Aalto University where Antti has also conducted doctoral research. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before joining Axiom, Antti worked for over five years as an entrepreneur at Arctos Advisors, handling a wide range of real estate assignments. Prior to entrepreneurship, he spent several years at YIT Oyj, where he was responsible for, among other things, real estate transactions and project financing. Antti has also significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and infrastructure investments.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI am grateful to Axiom and its current partners for this opportunity.
