Axiom Advisors has appointed Tero Vanhanen as Director, Valuation. He joined the company in early June 2026. <\/p>\n\n

Tero holds a Master of Science (Technology) degree in Real Estate Economics from Aalto University, having commenced his studies at the former Helsinki University of Technology. He is also an Authorized Real Estate Appraiser (AKA) and a Certified Real Estate Valuer (KHK) accredited by the Finland Chamber of Commerce. <\/p>\n\n

Before joining his current role, Tero worked at Cushman & Wakefield for more than eight years in a variety of valuation roles, most recently as Valuation Manager. He started his real estate career at the City of Vantaa\u2019s Real Estate Centre. <\/p>\n\n
