A total of 18 commercial properties directly owned by Keva will be transferred to the company. These properties are located mainly in the Helsinki metropolitan area, as well as in Tampere, Turku, Vaasa, and Kuopio. The combined leasable area of the properties is approximately 182,000 m\u00b2.  <\/p>\n\n<p>\u2018Through this joint venture, we can develop the properties even more effectively in a changing market environment. Axiom Advisors Oy\u2019s strong expertise in developing precisely this type of property supports our goal of increasing the occupancy rate, improving net returns, and ensuring the competitiveness of the properties in the future,\u2019 says <strong>Carl-Henrik Roselius<\/strong>, Head of Real Estate Investments at Keva. <\/p>\n\n<p>From November onwards, the designated staff of Axiom Advisors Oy will be responsible for managing Selena Kiinteist\u00f6t Ky\u2019s property portfolio, customer acquisition, and property development.
