Scheduled for completion in spring 2028, The Node will offer approximately 19,000 m\u00b2 of available office space, with several leasing negotiations set to begin in autumn 2024. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a challenging real estate market, the launch of The Node is one of the most significant developments in the Finnish property sector this year.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Node Launches High-Rise Development in Central Pasila<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Node will rise to 130 meters, delivering over 3,000 office workstations to this highly sought-after location. The 32-story, 43,000 m\u00b2 tower will provide modern, high-quality workspaces in the heart of Pasila. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPasila is one of Finland\u2019s key transportation hubs, and the development of Tripla has brought significant new energy to the area. However, many older office buildings no longer meet the expectations of businesses interested in Pasila. The Node represents Pasila 2.0\u2014modern office space that takes the area to the next level,\u201d says Kai Ervamaa, Partner at Axiom Advisors.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Node will offer wide views over central Helsinki, reaching all the way to the sea. Designed by JKMM Arkkitehdit, the building will have layered green terraces that create a striking and recognizable shape.
