Axiom Advisors continues to strengthen its valuation and consulting team with the appointment of Matti Vierula as Director. He will assume the role in June 2025. <\/p>\n\n

Vierula holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Economics from Helsinki University of Technology (now Aalto University). He is also a certified property appraiser (AKA), a KHK appraiser approved by the Central Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). <\/p>\n\n

Previously, he served as CEO of Kiinteist\u00f6taito Peltola & Co Oy, a company specializing in real estate valuations. With over 20 years of experience, he brings extensive market insight and a strong background in delivering valuation services to both domestic and international clients. <\/p>\n\n
